All sales are final.  There are no refunds.  Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your

order in original packaged with sales receipt. We can not accept any human hair that has been

installed or altered (brush, combed, cut, or washed). You are responsible for any exchange

shipping fees unless I Wear Lavish was the party at fault.

SHIPPING

Processing takes 2-3 business days. Once order is processed your order will be shipped. Shipping

usually takes 2-5 business days.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been

shipped.  All orders are sent without signature unless requested by the customer.  We will not

be held responsible for packages with confirmed delivery status.
